We call our members “member-owners” because by being a member, you become a shareholder in our organization. A shareholder is a member of a group without whose support the organization would cease to exist. So each and every one of our member-owners influences the products that we carry, impacts our community of farmers and producers and contributes to the success of the co-op.

Elections & Voting
As a member-owner, you have the opportunity to run for a seat on the board of directors during term renewal. You can also be nominated to the BOD by an existing board member if a seat becomes available mid-term. Members who would like to run for election can do so at the annual membership meeting and will have the opportunity to be elected by their fellow member-owners. Watch your email for announcements on upcoming membership meetings.
