2023 Annual Membership Meeting
& FIVE Year Anniversary Celebration!
Are you a WHFC Member-Owner?
Our Annual Membership Meeting is coming up on Monday, September 18th! This year marks our FIFTH year of business as a co-operatively owned grocery store. To celebrate this milestone we wanted to do something special. That's why this year's membership meeting, we've invited guest chef, Joshua Horevay of Allegania to prepare us a farm-to-table meal using ingredients sourced from our local network of farmers. We will also be honoring some very special guests with certificates of appreciation, offering door buster prizes to the first FIVE guests to RSVP, and invite you to bring your own special beverage worthy of celebrating (WHFC will provide non-alcoholic beverages). This is an excellent opportunity to meet your fellow member-owners, get to know your Board of Directors, vote for Board candidates, hear department updates from our leadership team, enjoy delicious local food, and have some fun! This event is free to members, but if you would like to make a donation to the organizers of this event, you may do so upon submitting your RSVP.

BOD Nominations & Elections
Board Elections are held each year following our Annual Membership Meeting. As a WHFC Member-Owner, you have the opportunity to nominate yourself or someone else for a seat on our Board of Directors. You also have the right to vote for nominees on an election ballot.
We are now accepting nominations for our Board of Directors. Wholesome Harvest is seeking enthusiastic, community-oriented nominees who are eager to help grow the co-op. Board positions are volunteer based and require a minimum commitment of two hours per month for meetings. If this describes you or someone you know, you can submit a nomination here, or submit a paper application in-store. Nominations will be accepted through Monday, September 18th and finalized during our Membership Meeting.
Voting will take place electronically and in-store beginning Tuesday, September 19th and will close on Saturday, September 30th.
